Life can feel overwhelming- for kids, teens, and adults alike. Whether it’s emotions, anxiety, ADHD, school issues, or low self-esteem, I’m here to help. With 25+ years as a teacher & therapist, I support youth and adults in managing challenges and taking control of negative thinking. Welcome to my practice- I look forward to working together! I value clear, open communication and strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space in our therapy sessions.
