I am a Brainspotting Consultant. Brainspotting is a somatic and brain-based therapy for treating trauma, anxiety, and more. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), specializing in treating porn, sex and love addiction and the relational pain that often accompanies it. I have special expertise as a Rainbow Advocate and Educator (RAE), as well.
I am a relational, and compassionate counselor, believing in the healing power of nonjudgmental presence and attunement. My passion is to offer safe, healing space to all, especially those who have been marginalized or abused. Trauma Recovery Therapy Group
This 90-minute Therapy Group is for all genders and anyone who is struggling with the impact of trauma, especially trauma from childhood or relationships, abuse or neglect. The group will be experiential, relational, and process-oriented. Group time will consist of building safety and stabilization through connecting to resources, processing of trauma and integration work.

This online group is for men who are recovering from sex/porn addiction. It is best suited for men who have been in recovery or individual therapy. The group will be experiential and geared toward exploring and healing the root causes of sex and/or porn addiction.
