I’ve been in practice for more than 30 years and have worked with countless individuals, couples, and families to assess and address a wide range of issues, including relationship and career concerns, major life transitions, chronic health challenges, and problems related to mental health and substance use.
In my work, I help young adults and adults who are experiencing various difficulties in their lives, including stress, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, and grief.
Together, my clients and I work to get to “the heart of the matter,” so that we can quickly begin to co-create a highly-flexible, individually tailored path ahead. In my private practice, I offer compassionate and customized care to each of my clients, while providing the opportunity and tools to build a better life.
In addition to my private practice, my company, The Granoff Group, provides concierge mental health services designed for high-risk problems that require a flexible and intensive use of a variety of therapeutic approaches, services, and community supports. We offer an alternative for clients to live in the community with maximum independence and safety.
