About
A rapidly growing number of men/women lose everything because they fail to make healthy choices about sexual behavior. Most are good people who made poor decisions because they push the limits of acceptable sexual behavior. Our goal is to assist you in developing healthy lifestyles, while at the same time preventing serious consequences to you and others. Sexual behavior does not need to be "normal," but it must be ethical and not harmful. Think about it! BLUE ROCK INSTITUTE (BRI) is equipped to help anyone with compulsive/problematic thoughts, urges, or sexual behaviors. Please call. "It's your life: Own it, Create it, Love it.
BRI offers a multi-faceted approach to sexual health. Specialized group and individual therapy is tailored to you specific needs. We emphasize healthy outlets that may include nutrition, medication management, exercise and the development of activities that promote happiness and satisfaction. Again, It’s your life: Own it, Create it, Love it.
Many people lose sight of their own strengths and abilities to get their emotional and sexual needs met in healthy ways. Our goal is to help you remember those strengths and move toward healthy sexuality and resolve feelings of shame and embarrassment that stopped you from getting help.

Blue Rock Institute
Our sexual compulsivity group. goal is to support men and women who want to make the decision to live a healthy life. Many people seek out sexual experiences (masturbation, prostitutes, pornography, etc.) in hopes of attaining those things that are vital to a happy life -- emotional satisfaction, self-esteem, confidence, love, and intimacy. Instead, repeated exposure to sexual experiences or pornography leads to a search for more extreme/unusual experiences. Group therapy is beneficial in overcoming shame, embarrassment, and denial that often accompanies sexual problems. Research shows that group therapy is the preferred treatment for relationship problems and compulsive behaviors.
