In addition to working in private practice with Leek Therapy, my clinical work in community mental health focuses on complex trauma, social justice, and clinical high risk for psychosis. Working in non-profit organizations, correctional settings, and in the community, I developed a relational therapeutic approach that values trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions. My work with adolescents, young adults, and families is grounded in the belief that all individuals deserve access to mental health care that feels safe, collaborative, and inclusive.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Trauma Studies Specialization as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), and Psychological First Aid.
My hope is that, through building an authentic therapeutic relationship, empowerment and a compassionately curious approach, individuals feel encouraged to fully participate in the treatment process they are seeking.
