Everyone is on a journey, and your mental health is an integral part of your unique story! I am a caring therapist with a creative flair. I incorporate games, art, music, and other therapeutic aids in my work with clients. I utilize an eclectic approach customized for each of my clients, which includes drawing from various modalities dependent on the clients needs. I treat clients age 5 and over, and specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, couples counseling, and custody concerns. I enjoy integrating creative modalities in my work with clients, like art, music, and games.
I start each session with understanding where you are in the present moment. From there, a typical session with me would involve a check-in, and diving in to concerns you have. I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and will celebrate your successes along the way. At the end of a session with me, it is my hope that you feel relief.
Helping others is my passion. I was inspired by a therapist when I was a child which inspired me to dedicate my career to making a difference in the lives of others.
