Hi! I'm Charlene, and I'll keep this nice and short for you since I also know what it's like to be scrolling through psychtoday on the hunt for a new therapist but overwhelmed by your options. In not so many words, I'm a French-Moroccan licensed mental health counselor specialized in LGBTQ+ health and wellness. I am trained and experienced in the Harm Reduction Psychotherapy to also help clients with any substance use/misuse/and/or abuse reach their goals. Using a person-centered approach I am here to help you reach your goals and thrive in your day to day life.
I am accepting new clients who are 18-65 years old and suffer from a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, gender dysphoria, and substance use/misuse/abuse.
