Together we will explore incorporating coping skills, self-compassion, and healing into your life in order to meet your individual goals.
I can help you build a better life through listening with empathy and understanding and then together making a plan to reach your goals. I use a client-centered approach to therapy that teaches people skills to use in everyday life to reach the goals that we work on together in counseling. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT, and EMDR.
My passion in life is helping you to get the life you want to live through the therapeutic process. I have set up my hours of practice to make it easy for those who need later hours because of work or school and on weekends. I look forward to helping you reach your goals in life.
