I can help you build a better life through listening with empathy and understanding and then together making a plan to reach your goals. I use a CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approach to therapy that teaches people skills to use in everyday life to reach the goals that we work on in therapy.
My passion in life is helping you to get the life you want to live through the therapeutic process. I have set up my hours of practice to make it easy for those who need later hours because of work or school and on weekends. I look forward to helping you reach your goals in life.
