About
We face challenges every day that impact our daily functioning. They can be relationship issues, parenting stress, life transitions, mood regulation and much more. Some we overcome with proud success building our confidence. Others seem impossible to resolve leaving us with a sense of loss or despair. I dedicate my passion as a licensed professional counselor to create a therapeutic relationship that will cultivate a learning environment to approach these challenges and reach goals of balance and clarity.
My approach is direct, practical, and collaborative. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I use various theoretical approaches as I feel there is no "one size fits all" in the process. My goal is to provide guidance and support for clients to explore challenges and develop skills through newly discovered strengths and abilities.
Reaching out can be difficult. Seeking support and guidance takes courage. If you are struggling with past or current situations, allow yourself to experience the opportunity to make a change. The reward from investing in yourself is personal healing and well-being. You deserve it.
