I serve those struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and insecurity, addictions, infidelity and their voices shut off. Childhood trauma, painful disappointments, abuse and disappointment create a lack value, safety and purpose. I utilize EMDR, somatic work and intuitive therapies to help clients move through unnamed pain and trauma to bring a core of safety, acceptance, belonging and love to self.
When you learn the T-truth through processing, you can shift and begin to love self, release pain and blame, restore your voice. When you have a voice - you can release your fears and trust again.

I'm trained in EMDR, PTSD/ Trauma Therapy, and practice SRI and do lots of Somatic Body Work and Emotional/Energetic Holistic work to bring healing. I believe we must treat all of us - Mind, Body, Soul & our Spirit!
