As a trauma-informed and social justice-oriented counselor, my goal is to help my clients befriend themselves. Sometimes this looks like cultivating self-compassion, or soothing the inner critic, or drawing on mindfulness and other practical tools to help manage anxiety, stress, or other challenging inner states.

We all deserve the space to be seen, heard, and respected. It takes courage to look at the aspects of our life that are no longer serving us and to create the life we truly want.
