I work with couples and individuals. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress/anxiety, self worth/love/acceptance, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting, vocational stress, among other daily life stressors. They often have trouble getting past thoughts and emotions that prevent them from moving forward. We will work together to get to the core of your troubling thoughts, emotions and behaviors. This allows you to move forward to a more fulfilling life of purpose and direction.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology and strengths-based approaches in my sessions with clients. I am also familiar with other therapeutic interventions and adjust according to client specific needs.
