I truly enjoy walking alongside individuals as they navigate the trickiest moments in life. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and couples dealing with parenting difficulties, life transitions, spiritual abuse, anxiety, depression, the impact of racism, and self esteem issues. I also provide relational therapy for couples using Gottman methods.
I strive to create an environment in which clients feel comfortable being themselves as they grow to understand the unique ways that they have been created. I primarily use interpersonal talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a variety of other methods in order to meet the needs of clients.
