I work with individuals, couples, and intimate partnerships who are experiencing relationship and sexual difficulties or mental health concerns, supporting each partner’s growth in self- and other-intimacy by helping each of you identify and skillfully communicate what you think, feel, and prefer and listen with curiosity and compassion as your partner does the same.
As a couples & family therapist & AASECT certified Sex Therapist, I support you in deepening connection to yourself and others and integrating sexual health into your life and relationship. My approach integrates attachment theory, differentiation theory, neuroscience, sex therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman’s research, & the Developmental Model.
