It can be difficult to navigate life stressors with the everyday bustle of life. Sometimes those stressors grow and become larger problems that seem unmanageable, overwhelming, and you may want to give up. Working with you through these crises and getting life back on track is exactly what I would like to do for those who need it most. Living your life worth living is my goal and getting you to that goal is the center of a therapeutic relationship with me.
I like to focus on getting your life back on track. To do so I specialize in depression, anxiety and anxiety related disorders, personality disorders, mood dysregulation, anger management, family conflict, divorce, behavioral difficulties, school performance issues and social skills, including peer conflict, and bullying.
We will work together as a team to build a customized plan to get you or your family member back on track. I believe in a cooperative therapeutic environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for my clients. Together we will reach your goals and find a path to success.

Adult DBT Skills Class
If you want to understand your feelings, cope with your feelings, and most importantly, control your feelings, then more than likely Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is for you! DBT is designed to assist you in learning how to improve your self-awareness and identify impulsive thoughts and behaviors through mindfulness training. DBT stretches out to assist you in coping with stressful situations, developing healthy boundaries, learning how to appropriately react to stress, validate yourself and others and develop skills that will enhance negotiation and compromise techniques. Please feel free to contact me with questions.
