Hello, I am Charity, a licensed clinical psychotherapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan seeking to understand and improve emotional regulation, address and resolve behavioral or relationship issues, and navigate life transitions. My treatment approach is enlightened by various therapeutic modalities, drawing on a relational psychoanalytic psychotherapy tradition, focusing on attachment, systems theories, and trauma-informed care. I treat a range of conditions by helping to process internal conflict and somatic anxiety, strengthening self-esteem and confidence, and managing symptoms.
