Life can get gritty. I honor the courage and time it takes to find the right therapist while navigating such terrains. Have you found yourself feeling overwhelmed, over-giving, frustrated, disconnected, stuck in patterns, disheartened or struggling with grief? I bring a holistic, transpersonal and integral lens to my therapeutic work with clients. Drawing upon research backed methods like integral psychology, EMDR, IFS, EFT, mindfulness, CBT and somatic practices, I support clients in deepening and processing the various subconscious material impacting emotional well-being, promoting reframing, integration and emotional wellbeing.

I work with individuals and couples who sense that their pain has deeper roots. Whether it shows up as anxiety, trauma, disconnection, or feeling stuck. My approach utilizing integral psychology and emotionally focused therapy, is shown to support healing on all levels. Focused not just managing symptoms but uncovering meaning, self trust and resilience.
