Evidence-based methods include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) among others.
I look forward to supporting individuals who feel 'stuck in the middle'- those who know they want their lives to look different but feel held back by doubt, anxiety, depression, or conflicting priorities. I work well with clients who are contemplating change but feel overwhelmed by the 'how.' I practice using a balance of deep empathy and structure.
