About
I assist clients discover hope and navigate toward healthy goals for body, mind, emotion and soul. My belief is that each person's family environment, early experiences, and past and current social environments play an important role in the development of your personality and perspectives on life. However, these things do not have to define your future. Through a collaborative and trustful therapeutic relationship, every person can overcome past/current struggles and move toward healthy life goals. Also, I enjoy working with LPC-Associates as they develop their model for the work they are doing and will do with clients.
I have been a licensed Professional Counselor since 2010 and licensed in Texas since 2011. I have successfully worked in a variety of settings to include community mental health centers, foster care, crisis intervention, hospitals, and schools. I enjoy working with adults and teens as individuals or families.
