Life can be difficult, and sometimes we just need support. It’s my job to support you while you take the important steps to improve your life. I believe everyone has the right to feel safe and in control of their lives. We all need to feel connected, understood and validated. Your experiences and perspectives are an important part of who you are. Trauma, stress, depression and anxiety often changes our thinking patterns causing us to feel stuck and hopeless. Being able to reframe your problems can offer different solutions.
My purpose is to create a safe and trusting space that allows collaborative approaches to problem solving, and resilience. I am very passionate about helping clients unleash their inner strength to face all the challenges life brings. My goal is to help clients become self-reflective and resilient individuals.
My approach to therapy and 30 years of educational experiences allows me the opportunity to offer a variety of therapeutic skills and strategies to help meet client’s individual needs. I will be honored to support individuals ranging in ages from 12 and beyond on their journey to wellness.
