I offer both in-person and online therapy for individuals (adults and older teens), couples, and families. I’m deeply passionate about attachment-based model of therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and have advanced training in this approach, which has helped many couples and individuals find their way. Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy helps couples work through negative cycles that have held them in a stuck place for far too long.
