I work with young adults and women who are ready to look at what’s really going on — whether it’s anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship issues, past trauma, or just feeling stuck. My approach is warm, honest, and focused on you — no judgment, no fluff. I help people navigate life transitions, complicated family dynamics, relationships, social media pressure, and the big question of “Who am I, and what changes do I want to make in my life?" Whether you're starting college, ending a relationship, or healing from something painful, this is a space where you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
In addition to therapy, I teach Psychology at Texas A&M – Corpus Christi, including courses on Close Relationships. I also speak on topics like relationship boundaries and the lasting effects of bullying — I care deeply about how we treat ourselves and each other.
Sessions are online with limited in-person availability a few days a month. I accept several insurance plans and offer private pay options too.
