I love working with teens and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, teen challenges, grief and loss, and relationship and marital issues, particularly complex relationships such as divorce and blended families.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my work. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a highly effective method for treating trauma.
