Now accepting new clients (updates 7/27/26). My primary area of focus is helping couples find effective ways of communicating and improving their overall connection. I am Level 3 Trained in the Gottman Method (Look up John Gottman on youtube for an idea of this approach). I also really enjoy working with children, adolescents, early adults, and adults. I have extensive experience working with various mental health disorders, but lately have been more narrowed in on the neurodivergent population. If you are looking for a counselor that is genuine and down-to-earth, I'd love to help.
For individuals, I use an approach called Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Look up anything by Steven Hayes for more information. For trauma work, I use an internal family systems (IFS) approach to help clients identify their different parts (Look up Richard C. Schwartz). I use child-centered Play therapy (CCPT) with kids (Look up Garry L. Landreth).
