Each person has a different set of needs and issues to work through, and I meet you wherever you are. I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your situation. I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate environment that supports each client as a whole person. I am an LGBTQ ally and welcome all POC.
My mission is to collaborate with and empower clients to achieve their goals and the relationships they desire. I work with people to develop the skills they need to be their authentic selves while experiencing deep connections with those around them. I use my background in mindbody philosophy to help my clients find balance, ease, and integration in life.
