If your current relationship is in trouble because of conflict, lack of connection, or problems you can't fix on your own, I can help. I work deeply with couples so that they understand their own attachment styles and emotional patterns and those of their partner. Couples gain confidence in their connection so that they can leave behind patterns of emotional reactivity and withdrawal/shutdown, and share their needs, fears and feelings with confidence.
I work with individuals to overcome trauma and limiting beliefs/patterns so that you can form healthy, sustainable relationships. I am fully trained in EMDR. I have special offerings for pregnant and postpartum women struggling with any aspect of the transition to motherhood. I also offer non-secular premarital counseling.
You will find me approachable, open, insightful, and effective. I have over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist and advanced training in couples therapy, attachment, trauma, EMDR and neurobiology.
