I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Michigan providing psychotherapy to individual adults. I work primarily from a psychoanalytic perspective. Psychoanalytic therapy is an evidence-based approach that seeks to create lasting, meaningful change rather than simply reducing symptoms. Together, we explore the underlying causes of emotional difficulties, helping you better understand the patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges.
