Evening & Weekend availability as of 2/13/25! Therapy works best when you feel a genuine connection with your therapist. I use EMDR & Narrative therapy along with techniques from CBT & DBT to help you build off existing strengths and work through traumatic experiences. I fully believe there is room for humor in healing and work to make the process of starting therapy and addressing trauma as comfortable as possible. If you're interested in working on anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, self-esteem or related issues, I would be very happy to have a consultation call to see if we're a good fit!
Trauma can show up in so many different ways and understanding how and why trauma forms is an important step in overcoming it. We can't make what happened un-happen, but we can work to remove the control it has over your life. Trauma often comes with anxious, depressive, and avoidant symptoms and we will work with anything that comes up for you.
Reaching out feels stressful but don't worry too much, it's my job to make it as easy as possible for you. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have and hold space for any reservations you hold. You can call or email me and I will return your call within 24 business hours.
