What if you had space to breathe, to embrace strength and struggles, knowing that healing isn’t a weakness?
Your life is a balancing act, constantly trying to find peace on one area while others fall apart. Depression disconnects us from ourselves and others, slowly eroding our sense of worth. In the Black community, particularly among those with Caribbean roots, mental health isn’t always easy to discuss due to stigma and fear of judgment. You are often expected to carry grief, struggles, and disappointments while presenting as a pillar of strength.
Finding balance can seem like a daunting task. I offer a space where you can lay it all out and pick up the pieces one by one healing as you go. You will learn how to draw strength from your community, while also building your own skills and finding ways to deal with the ups and downs life inevitably throws your way.
Therapy is not a weakness but a step toward healing your own wounds and generational trauma. My therapeutic space provides a safe, hopeful and affirming presence where you feel supported and never judged. You don’t have to walk this journey alone. Healing takes time, but it is possible, and you are worthy of it!
