Hi I'm Chantelle! I am a licensed professional counselor and I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also like to provide space for those who are going through different life transitions and need support through that process. Starting therapy for the first time can feel really scary, so I try to help clients feel comfortable and safe in the first session. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and what goals you want to create! I'll also be getting to know you as a person and working to gradually build our therapeutic relationship!
My approach to therapy is a person-centered and relational approach. I believe that the relationship between the client and therapist plays an important role in the therapeutic journey! I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
