My name is Chantelle Hodge, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland (LC15774). I have a dual master’s degree in forensic legal psychology and clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about supporting individuals with finding their purpose in life. I believe that, at times, our trauma and mental health can truly deter us from finding or reaching our fullest potential. In my personal opinion, every individual is unique and can achieve the happiness they so desire if they are able to foster a healthier relationship with themselves.
I typically work with clients who desire to heal from past traumatic experiences and learn effective coping strategies to manage their symptoms. I also assist clients with learning new skills to reframe intrusive thoughts.
I have experience counseling individuals who experience the following diagnoses: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
