Chantelle believes that change occurs when we begin to truly accept ourselves as we are. Non-judgement, radical self-love and forgiveness are key.
I base therapy in a genuine therapeutic relationship and recognize that this connection creates a safe space for healing. I use a multitude of techniques that integrate your personal spirituality, CBT, narrative exposure therapy, brainspotting as well as holistic approaches to heal your mind, body and spirit. Every part of your being matters.
