As a veteran, I am committed to continuing to serve my community. I graduated from Brescia University with my BSW (2016) and MSW (2019). I also received a Certificate in Sports Social Work from Michigan State University. If you are an athlete, an individual, couple, or family, I can assist you with life difficulties, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and eating disorders. If your goals are to increase your self esteem, decrease stress, anxiety, or depression, or overcome childhood trauma I can assist with meeting your goals. I assist with increasing sports performance using modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, Etc.
I am a certified sports social worker and work with athletes with increasing confidence and adjusting to sporting activities. I specialize in using EMDR, CBT and DBT to decrease symptoms of mood disorders and mental health illnesses. I am trained in completing ESA letters and am currently in network with some insurances but am mostly self pay.
