Currently accepting New Clients. Offering evening and weekend sessions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Sports Social Worker, also a Baltimore native. If you are an athlete, an individual, a couple, or family, I can assist you with life difficulties, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and eating disorders. If your goals are to increase your self esteem, decrease stress, anxiety, or depression, or overcome childhood trauma lets get started on meeting those goals. I am passionate about assisting the community by providing healthy coping skills and increasing positive outcomes.
I am a certified sports social worker and work with athletes with increasing confidence and adjusting to sporting activities. I specialize in using EMDR, CBT and DBT to decrease symptoms of mood disorders and mental health illnesses. I am trained in completing ESA letters and am currently in network with some insurances. Also, in network with Headway.
I work heavily with teens and host groups covered by insurance and for low income. By coming to this website you have completed the first step, if I can help you further please contact me for further assistance. Lets heal together!
