Healing Hearts
Healing Hearts is for adult women who have experienced any type of interpersonal violence, including, emotional, financial, and verbal abuse. In this closed psychoeducational group, we'll explore topics, such as increasing self-esteem, increasing decision making skills, and identifying early red flags in any relationship, including family and friends. Clients have reported wanting to continue to attend group, even though it was ending and described the group as supportive and helpful.
