I've worked with individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder empowering them to manage boundaries, tolerate distress, & cope with overwhelming emotions. I've helped people recover from long term eating disorders, healing their relationship with food & their bodies. I've trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I earned my Certification as an Eating Disorder Specialist in 2016. This requires extensive training & work with eating disorders. Eating disorders are challenging to treat and require a provider who has had & maintains specialized training in order to have successful treatment outcomes. I coordinate care alongside Registered Dietitians for best outcomes.
My office is in Fayetteville, AR & I also offer teletherapy across AR, OK, and MO. Rural areas may not offer specialists. It can be hard to get away for an appointment. Teletherapy expands privacy, convenience, & comfort by doing video therapy at home. I'm currently accepting new patients and my admin team will get you scheduled quickly. We hope you'll call!
