Transition, trauma, and transformation are my specialties. Life transition, career transition, transition in relationships, racial trauma, the trauma of loss, sexual assault trauma, imposter syndrome, and personal transformation. Healing is complex and not linear. Using the mind, body, and soul connection I support you in finding healing, and a new sense of being. Healing is done in connection with others through embodied connection, awareness, and meaning or faith. Together through connection, you can bring healing into your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a PhD in Depth Psychology (Jungian), and a Master' Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), an Internal Family System practitioner (IFS), a Certified Brainspotter, and an Integral Somatic Psychology practitioner. I am an intuitive and integrative Depth Psychologist.
I believe we all innately have what we need to heal, to grow, or to transform, all we need is a witness or present non-judgmental support.
