We are a small group of independent therapists who have joined together to assist you in gaining empowerment and making decisions aligned with your authentic self. Some of us come with a desire to end deep emotional suffering, others to resolve issues in life whether it is work/school related, family dynamics, or difficulties with interpersonal relationships. Others turn to therapy out of wanting to have a deeper understanding of ourselves and our engagement in repetitive behaviors and viscous cycles that keep us stuck in old patterns, “dysfunctional comfort”.
Wanting to break a cycle doesn’t always mean we know how. Stepping toward therapy requires courage, strength, and trust. Adverse life stressors can deplete us of what may have existed already or result in delayed development of some of these essential traits. We are here to help you on your journey because we understand it has its challenges.
