I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families in wide array of areas. I use a very eclectic style in my approach; However, relying largely on a person centered system in my practice. Gathering information about a client's lifestyle and self-care, which is a top priority to me. I believe that there is a strong correlation between one's physical health and mental health. As a clinician, I strive to provide my clients with a safe environment that will facilitate growth, introspection, and peace. I am a firm believer that a happy life is a well balanced life. .
