Help is just a phone call away! My name is Sandra Griffin. I believe in a compassionate, caring approach to therapy. I will partner with you to help you walk through many of the struggles of life - family issues, marriage problems, divorce/separation, parenting concerns, job stress, substance abuse recovery, families with loved ones who are addicted to drugs or alcohol, relationship conflicts, life changing events, depression, anxiety, childhood issues, lost dreams and loss of loved ones. We will work together to create a plan to arrive at a solution (s) to manage your life and establish a healing environment for positive growth.
At Changing Lanes Christian Wellness Ministries and Counseling Center, we seek to inspire hope and faith which are essential for restoring broken lives. We believe if one changes how he thinks/believes, he has taken the steps toward transforming his mind and life.
We are here to help! We have several therapists in our practice that specialize in child/adolescent issues, addictions, infidelity, trauma, eating disorders and more.
