Hello and welcome to Change of Heart Counseling. I take an emotionally focused, “bottom-up” approach to therapy, emphasizing the connection between the body and emotional experience. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to healing trauma, supporting emotional regulation, and fostering healthy, meaningful relationships with oneself and others. I work with both children and adults, tailoring my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. I engage in compassionate support during a client's healing journey, while providing practical skills to navigate challenges related to past, present, and future life experiences. I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that supports the processing and healing of trauma, negative core beliefs, fears, maladaptive behaviors, and anxiety.
