When I encounter clients who are seeking love or career satisfaction, we start exploring their values and life dreams to identify what they want. Together we will cast a vision for their life with short and long term goals. Many have already seen several chapters of their life, and now look to develop a deeper more comprehensive picture of what has already happened.
I typically work within a Psychodynamic or relationship based approach. My clients enter into a longterm ongoing therapeutic relationship. Understanding one’s life is the process my clients seek to find peace and forgiveness for themselves and others. It also can allow them to be wonderfully authentic in the present moment and to move forward each day.
By providing an unconditionally positive space, I encourage my clients to come in and feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you need to look forward backwards or within, I am able to join you on a healing journey to the next chapter of your life.
