I am a compassionate therapist trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities. I have worked in social services for over ten years, working in various capacities, from medical social workers to therapists. I seek to help individuals and families address anxiety, depression, and trauma issues. I believe that healing takes place by identifying the source of the problem. The therapy hour is a sacred time of healing owned by the client.
I work with clients to develop a partnership to help them become the best version of themselves. I serve patients in the state of Illinois via virtual, confidential sessions. I work with individuals of all ages looking to improve their ability to engage with the world around them.
