Who I work with: I specialize in working with individuals in their late teens, 20s and 30s— an age group often navigating major transitions. In a short amount of time, I help people work their way out of their current struggles and hardships (relational, emotional, professional, etc.), and then to transform their lives into ones they love. I work with all genders, sexual orientations, and ethnicities.
My approach and demeanor: I am interested in helping people feel better and live more fulfilling lives as quickly as possible. I strive to be calm, warm, and nurturing, and to also offer you with insights, exercises and strategies so that you can truly grow and transform immediately.
These days, life has become so hard. And no one gave us an education in the things that matter like effective communication, improving self-esteem, career passion/purpose, navigating relationships, or creating a life that is authentically right for us.
