A warm welcome from my spirit to yours. I work with individuals who have an inkling that a part of their healing involves forming allyship with the body and developing a different relationship with the mind. Whether born as a shield to trauma or driven by an overstimulating world, your overactive mind is now contributing to suffering. With a mix of somatic, IFS parts work, and existential theory rooted interventions, I equip my clients with the skills to connect with and act from their intuition over past conditioning. I also incorporate EMDR to help clients break out of thinking and behavioral patterns that are keeping them stuck.
I am passionate about working with the immigrant and first/second generation populations and those in the queer community. I enjoy helping clients navigate the minority experience while connecting with a sense of greater spiritual oneness- without spiritually bypassing, through all the nuances.
