Announcement icon I'm accepting new telehealth clients! Secure online video conferencing allows us to do our normal therapy work from the safety of home.
*Immediate evening/weekend openings available* I work with individuals dealing with life transitions, parenting and relationship concerns, anxiety disorders, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, thought disorders, trauma, and existential questions. When we spend our energy avoiding painful thoughts, feelings and emotions, we’re often left feeling disconnected, with little to give to the things that enrich and fulfill us. Counseling can help you discover the courage and skills to move through the things that keep you stuck. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they begin to face whatever is holding them back.
Together we can work to root out unhelpful patterns and beliefs and establish flexible, adaptive new ways of thinking. Using ACT, mindfulness, play, and expressive arts, I can help you reconnect with your deepest held values and start choosing actions that improve your everyday functioning and quality of life.
Above all, I believe in meeting you where you are. We will work together to build a treatment plan that fits your needs. No matter what you're facing, there is a path forward for you. Taking the first step toward healing can be scary, but with the right support you can make positive changes in your life. I look forward to taking part in your journey.
