I am a certified grief educator, and a certified grief counseling specialist. Today my practice focuses on adults who struggle with grief, relationships, divorce, depression, anxiety, stress, motivation, self-esteem, or who simply feel "stuck".
I am here to bear witness to your pain. I do believe "some" of the pain and discomfort we experience in life stems from persistent, unfounded, erroneous beliefs.
