I am a licensed counselor and art therapist serving clients in MD and DC. I blend psychotherapy and healing with creative processes to support deeper insight, emotional relief, and lasting growth. I am here to support you if you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationships, stress, or major life transitions.
Since 2010, I’ve specialized in emotionally safe care for anxiety, depression, and stress— blending Psychodynamic, Nervous System Regulating, Somatic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness. When I’m not in practice, I teach in GWU’s art therapy program and often weave education into sessions. I also provide LGPC supervision in MD and DC.
My philosophy is: "True Healing Begins by Reconnecting with Your Authentic Self" and transforming your relationship with every part of who you are. That takes courage.
