Since 2010, we’ve specialized in trauma-informed approaches in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD with an integrative blend of psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, Family Systems, and mindfulness. Our multi-faceted approach supports diverse needs with depth and compassion. We also provide LGPC clinical supervision in Maryland and DC.
