It is a space to heal what feels heavy, understand what has been holding you back, and move toward the life you have been imagining. I am a licensed counselor and board-certified art therapist serving clients in MD and DC. I blend psychotherapy with creative processes to support deeper insight, emotional relief, and lasting growth. I am here to support you if you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, or major life transitions.

Since 2010, I’ve specialized in trauma-informed care for anxiety, depression, and PTSD, blending psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. When I’m not in practice, I teach in GWU’s art therapy program and often weave psychoeducation into sessions. I also provide LGPC supervision in MD and DC.

My philosophy is this: true healing begins by reconnecting with your authentic Self and transforming your relationship with every part of who you are. That takes courage.
