Since 2007, I have specialized in anxiety, depression and PTSD; with a focus on psychodynamic, attachment, Internal Family Systems and mindfulness practices. My eclectic approach allows for me to work with a variety of people and their needs. I am also an approved clinical supervisor for LGPC in the state of Maryland and an Art Therapy Certified Supervisor.

My philosophy is that in order to begin healing your mind and body, a person must connect to their authentic Self and begin having a different relationship with all parts of them. That takes courage!
