My passion is working with clients who are seeking help with various issues including depression, anxiety, family and marriage issues, and adoption concerns. I work well with couples, adolescents, and young adults. I bring a relatable, non-judgmental approach to help clients navigate difficult circumstances to grow as a person. I help my clients develop coping skills to manage their struggles and help them learn to make sense of their challenges so they can overcome, discover, and live their unique life purpose.

My clinical focus of expertise is with clients struggling with anxiety and those experiencing issues related to adoption, as well as family issues. I am skilled at helping young people find direction in life. I have a passion for building relationships and helping my clients overcome obstacles to live a fulfilling life.
